The hemflare.com values customer satisfaction and we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed on the website. Our orders are immediately forwarded to our fulfillment center to prepare your shipment. We cannot intercept the order once it has been placed.
Returns: The return period is 14 days after receipt.
- To check if your product is eligible for a return, please read the return policy below. Used products are unfortunately excluded from exchange/return for hygienic reasons.
- To initiate a return, please contact customer service at [email protected] for the return address. Do not return your item to the address listed on your package as it will be returned to you.
- Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- If a hygiene item is returned without customer service authorization, we will not be able to process the return. Therefore, be sure to contact us beforehand to file a return.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and reviewing the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer and we do not reimburse the cost of the return shipment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item without a tracking number.
Defective items:
- In the event of a defective item, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt. We will always first replace the defective item before we consider other solutions.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed for items that meet our return policy criteria.
- Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of receiving and reviewing the returned item.

- We cannot accept returns on sale items
Exchanges:
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products due to hygiene reasons. We also regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on several types of merchandise, including perishable items, intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
